What can be included in a non surgical blepharoplasty in addition to injectable fillers?

Oftentimes, other non surgical treatments can be incorporated with injectable fillers to create a customized non surgical blepharoplasty. When there is some lower eyelid wrinkles that fillers alone can not help with, skin resurfacing can be done at teh same time, such as microneedling, fractionated CO2 laser, or a chemical peel. These treatments can help imrove the fine lines and induce collagen to thicken the eyelid skin. Dr. Zoumalan can help evaluate you and determine if you are a candidate. Oftentimes, Dr. Zoumalan will also recommend some Botox to help improve the crows feet area. And if there is slight hyperpigmentation to the lower eyelid skin, a medical grade nightly prescribed skin brightening cream can be used to help lighten the color of the skin.
