    This male underwent a lower eyelid surgery to improve his under eye appearance. He had prominent fat pockets and volume loss. A lower eyelid blepharoplasty using a minimally invasive approach was performed. Excess fat was repositioned along his lower eyelid area to improve the hollowing a well.  Notice the natural looking result, where both the excess fat pockets are removed and his hollowing is also improved.

    This patient had fairly significant lower lid fat pockets. Delicate removal of the fat pockets along with fat repositioning was performed for volume preservation to improve his appearance. Given the advanced techniques used to preserve his lower eyelid volume, no skin was required to be removed, allowing the patient a quick recovery and the preservation of his natural eyelid appearance.

    Preoperative Diagnosis: Lower lid orbital fat prolapse.

    Procedure performed: Lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and TCA 30% chemical peel to lower lids, upper lid blepharoplasty.

    This young male had very prominent fat prolapse in his lower eyelids. Advanced lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery using minimally invasive incision and fat repositioning was performed.  No change in eyelid shape was required, and the patient healed well with a quick recovery.

    This patient had a few complaints including droopy upper eyelids, lower eyelid bags, and hollowing/dark circles. A customized approach was taken to address all three issues: upper eyelid ptosis repair and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with complete fat repositioning was performed.

    This young male had very heavy brows and upper eyelids.  A combined brow lift and removal of excess upper eyelid skin was required to help improve his appearance. Eyelid surgery alone would not help given his brow ptosis (low set brows). The procedure was performed in the office in just under an hour, and the patient healed well to return to work in a week.

    Excess skin and low set brows were weighing down on this patient’s eyelids and resulting in difficulty seeing in the periphery.     There was a significant amount of asymmetry in both upper eyelids, more excess skin was noted in the right than the left upper eyelid. A blepharoplasty was tailored to remove skin in the upper lids to improve the appearance and also improve the symmetry between the two eyelids.

    This patient had some asymmetry in his upper lids, where his left eyelid was more droopy (ptotic) than his right upper eyelid. He also has under eye bags and excess skin. An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with a left upper eyelid ptosis repair, was performed. This is an example of a very customized eyelid surgery to improve the symmetry between the two eyelids.  Notice the refreshed appearance, the after photo was taken four months out from surgery.

    This patient underwent a significant improvement in his eyelid appearance after undergoing a quad blepharoplasty and ptosis repair.  He had his excess skin and fat removed in both his upper and lower eyelids, and he also underwent a mild brow lift/suspension at the same time. Lower lid fat repositioning to preserve his lower eyelid volume along with a chemical peel was also performed.

    This patient wished to have a more “softer” look to his eyelids. He wished to improve his upper eyelid appearance and look less tired.  He was also wishing to have his lower lid “bags” or fat pockets improved.  A quad blepharoplasty along with upper eyelid ptosis repair was performed.  Note the refreshed appearance he has attained after eyelid surgery.

    An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (quad blepharoplasty) was performed to improve this patient’s appearance. A combined facelift was also performed at the same time by Dr. Richard Zoumalan, a board-certified facial plastic surgeon.

    Preoperative diagnosis: Upper and lower lid dermatochalasia and lower lid fat prolapse.

    Procedure performed : Upper and lower lid blepharoplasty and periorbital fat grafting. Deep plane face lift (facialplasty) and periorbital fat and facial fat grafting performed by Dr. Richard Zoumalan.
