This young patient underwent lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning to eliminate under-eye puffiness and achieve a more refreshed, energetic appearance. A TCA chemical peel was also performed to enhance skin texture. These remarkable lower blepharoplasty results are shown just 3 weeks post-surgery, with continued improvement expected during the healing process.

Beautiful and natural results from endoscopic brow lift and lower blepharoplasty surgery. This patient presented with slightly low-set brows and nasal fat pad prolapse in her upper lids, plus significant lower lid aging. The endoscopic brow lift provided excellent improvement in brow position without requiring upper lid skin removal. Nasal fat pockets in the upper lids were carefully removed. For her lower blepharoplasty, a transconjunctival (scarless) approach was used to remove excess fat and reposition remaining fat to address the significant under-eye hollowing. No midface filler was needed post-surgery.

Male lower blepharoplasty presents unique challenges, requiring improvement of significant fat prolapse while maintaining natural eyelid shape and masculine appearance. This patient is just 3 weeks post-lower blepharoplasty and shows dramatic improvement already! As healing progresses, post-surgical swelling will continue to diminish and pigmentary changes will further improve over time.

Puffiness to the under-eye area can be caused by a number of factors such as genetics or lifestyle factors. This patient seen here had some excess fat along the under-eye that we removed while repositioning the remaining fat so that there was no hollowing present. We decided to do some microneedling to the under-eye area after the excess fat was removed to help improve the texture of the skin under the eye. We are so happy with her results seen here just 3 months after her procedure.
