    The patient had droopy upper lids (ptosis) along with some excess skin. An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to remove some of his excess skin. At the same time, a ptosis surgery was carefully performed to help lift his upper lids.  He also had a lower lid blepharoplasty performed to help improve his the appearance of his lower lids.

    Preoperative Diagnosis: Eyelid aging changes.

    She desired to have her excess skin removed to allow her to not only look more rested but also to see better. A skin-only upper lid blepharoplasty was performed.   Notice the natural looking result.

    She had excess skin that was bothering her vision but also resulting in a tired appearance.  An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed. Notice the natural looking result along with the preservation of her Asian eyelid appearance.

    This patient had excess skin in her upper lids and wished to have cosmetic eyelid surgery. She underwent upper lid blepharoplasty. She had undergone prior lower lid blepharoplasty and still had residual fat pockets. These were also removed through a lower lid transconjunctival (non visible incision) to remove her residual lower lid fat pockets. She also underwent a combined facelift, endoscopic brow lift, and full face C02 laser at the same surgical setting by Dr. Richard Zoumalan, facial plastic surgeon.

    Preoperative Diagnosis: Upper and lower lid eyelid aging changes

    Procedure performed: Upper and lower lid blepharoplasty (cosmetic eyelid surgery). She also underwent a combined facelift, endoscopic brow lift, and full face C02 laser at the same surgical setting by Dr. Richard Zoumalan, facial plastic surgeon.

    This patient desired to undergo upper lid surgery to remove her excess skin.  She was unhappy about her tired appearance and the excess skin was resulting in her inability to see well in her peripheral vision.  A minimally-invasive, skin only upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to improve her appearance.  Note the improved appearance and more youthful and refreshed look to her eyes.

    This patient had excess upper lid skin, which was resulting in her inability to see well.  She wanted to look more awake appearing as well and wished to have her lids repaired.  A skin only blepharoplasty along with a ptosis repair (lifting of her droopy lids) was performed. Both procedures were performed at the same setting. The patient did well and has an excellent improvement to her lid position and ability to see better.

    Preoperative Diagnosis: Upper lid ptosis and excess upper lid skin

    Procedure performed: Bilateral upper ptosis repair and blepharoplasty.

    The patient underwent cosmetic eyelid and brow surgery to help improve her appearance.  She had mild brow ptosis with excess skin n her upper lids.  An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to remove the excess skin. A minimally-invasive, skin only blepharoplasty was performed in the upper lids.  A lower lid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and chemical peel was also performed.  Fat grafting was performed to help augment her midface and cheek volume.

    Preoperative Diagnosis: Brow ptosis, upper and lower lid aging changes.

    Procedure performed: Endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, lower lid chemical peel, fat grafting to midface
