This patient mild ptosis in upper lids and upper and lower lid aging. She underwent an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. Excess fat pockets were removed in her upper and lower lids, and fat repositioning was performed to help preserver her lower lid volume. No lower lid skin was required to be removed. A natural looking result was maintained after her surgery.
