    This patient had an asymmetrical look to her upper lids. She wished to have the excess skin in her right upper lid improved to better match her left upper lid.     This patient desired to undergo upper and lower lid cosmetic surgery. She underwent upper lid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin and to help create more symmetry in her upper lids. She also had a lower lid blepharoplasty to help remove the excess fat pockets. Fat repositioning was also performed to help preserve her volume.

    This patient wanted to have her excess skin in her upper lids removed. She wished for a subtle and natural result though.  A minimally invasive upper lid blepharoplasty was performed. Underlying muscle was spared but some prominent fat was also debulked.  Notice the upper lid appearance and the natural looking result the patient has after surgery (post blepharoplasty photo taken three months after surgery).
