Patient 55
This patient desired to undergo upper lid surgery to help remove her excess skin. The excess skin was actually draped over her lashes and resulting in decreased visual fields (loss of peripheral vision). An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to help improve her appearance and her ability to see better.
Patient 56
This patient desired to have some of her excess skin removed in her upper lids. She was having difficulty applying makeup along her upper lids over the past several years. She underwent a minimally invasive upper lid blepharoplasty. Notice how her eyes appear more alert and “open” after surgery all the while still looking natural.

This patient wanted to have her excess skin in her upper lids removed. She wished for a subtle and natural result though. A minimally invasive upper lid blepharoplasty was performed. Underlying muscle was spared but some prominent fat was also debulked. Notice the upper lid appearance and the natural looking result the patient has after surgery (post blepharoplasty photo taken three months after surgery).
Patient 58
The patient complained of excess skin in her upper lids and bags in her lower lids. She underwent an upper and lower lid cosmetic eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). Note the natural-looking result after undergoing surgery. Fat repositioning was also performed in her lower lids.

The patient had droopy upper lids (ptosis) along with some excess skin. An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to remove some of his excess skin. At the same time, a ptosis surgery was carefully performed to help lift his upper lids. He also had a lower lid blepharoplasty performed to help improve his the appearance of his lower lids.
