This 78 year-old male was bothered by his droopy upper lids and left brow. He underwent ptosis surgery in his upper lids to lift his droopy lids to a more natural and higher position. Given that his left brow was also droopy, a left external browpexy procedure was performed. A small incision was made directly over his brow and his brow was stabilized and lifted to a higher position. The scar is not visible, healed well, and he is very happy with his new look and ability to see better.
