Lower Lid BlepharoplastyBefore and After Photo Gallery
This 58 year-old male had excess skin and fat pockets in his upper and lower lids and wished to undergo cosmetic eyelid surgery. An upper and lower lid blepharoplasty was performed, where excess skin and fat pockets were carefully removed. His brows were also low set and he underwent an external browpexy. Minimally invasive techniques were used to help allow him to heal as well as possible. He has healed well with no evidence of his incisions and now looks more awake, refreshed, sees better, while having a natural looking result.

This 65 year-old femalewished to have her upper and lower lids repaired. She had droopy upper lids (ptosis) and lower lid retraction. She also wanted the excess fat pockets in her lower lids removed. The excess fat pockets were removed using incisions on the back surface of the eyelid so that the incisions are not visible along the skin.
This 78 year-old male had excess skin and droopy upper lids. He also had heavy lower lid bags and wished to have them improved. His exam showed droopy upper lids (ptosis) along with excess skin. He also had a droopy left brow, which was also resulting in some asymmetry. He had excess fat pockets in his lower lids which were causing him to look even more tired. He underwent an upper lid ptosis repair to help lift the lids up to a higher position. An left brow ptosis repair was also performed through a minimally invasive external browpexy technique.
