Absolutely beautiful results on this patient just 3 weeks post-surgery from combined endoscopic brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and lower blepharoplasty with CO2 laser resurfacing to the lower eyelids. This comprehensive eye rejuvenation approach is one of my signature procedures for restoring a youthful, natural appearance to the entire eye area.

In patients with naturally low-set brows, brow ptosis can lead to upper eyelid heaviness without excess skin. This patient underwent an endoscopic brow lift to elevate the brow position, avoiding upper eyelid skin removal. The results at 3 months after brow lift surgery show a lifted brow, smoother forehead, and clearly improved upper face rejuvenation.

This patient had noticeable brow ptosis causing hooding of the upper eyelids. We performed an endoscopic brow lift with Endotine implants plus upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Immediate improvement is seen in brow elevation and eye opening—classic before and after results of brow lift surgery.

With aging, eyelid asymmetry and brow sagging can become more noticeable. This patient underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with an endoscopic brow lift using Endotine fixation. The 3-month post-op photos show dramatic brow lift results—lifting the brows, smoothing forehead lines, and restoring a more youthful upper face appearance (looks at least 10 years younger).

Significant brow ptosis was causing upper eyelid hooding and asymmetry. The patient had an endoscopic brow lift with Endotine implants to elevate the brows and restore balance in her upper face. The before and after photos reveal immediate brow lift surgery success—with more symmetric brows, open eyes, and a refreshed look she loves.

Beautiful and natural results from brow lift and lower eyelid surgery. She had slight low set brows and nasal fat pad prolapse in her upper lids, and significant aging in her lower lids. Endoscopic brow lift gave her a nice improvement in her brow position. No upper lid skin was removed or necessary here. Some nasal fat pockets in her upper lids were removed though. As for her lower lids, a non visible incision approach (aka scarless/transconjunctival) was taken to remove excess fat and reposition to improve the significant hollowing she had. No filler was used post surgery in her midface either.
