I prefer wearing contacts, how long do I need to wait after eyelid surgery before I can wear them again?
For upper and/or lower eyelid blepharoplasty, you’ll need to wait 2 weeks before wearing contact lenses again. Switching to glasses avoids putting pressure on your healing eyelids. Dr. Zoumalan will monitor your healing process during your follow up visits and let you know when it’s safe to resume wearing them.
