
Upper Lid Blepharoplasty
Before and After Photo GalleryThis 65 year-old female had excess skin in her upper and lower lids and wished to have a blepharoplasty surgery. The excess skin was also blocking a part of her visual field. She had heavy bags under her lids and wanted them removed.She underwent an upper lid ptosis repair to help remove the upper lid skin. A blepharoplasty-like procedure was performed to remove the excess skin she had. A lower lid blepharoplasty was also done to remove his excess fat pockets; some of her medial most fat pockets were repositioned to help fill in the hollows she had. A chemical peel was also performed at the same time to help smoothen the wrinkles and extra skin in her lower lids. This photograph is five months after her surgery and she has healed well with no evidence of her incisions and now looks more awake, refreshed, while having a natural looking result.
This 62 year-old female had some excess skin in her upper lids and wishes for cosmetic eyelid surgery. She also had excess fat pockets and skin in her lower lids. She underwent an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. A skin-only upper lid blepharoplasty was performed. Minimally invasive techniques were used so that the incisions are barely visible.
This 38 year-old femalewished for upper lid eyelid surgery. She was bothered by the excess skin in her upper lids, which was causing her to have headaches also difficulty seeing well. A skin-only upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery was performed. She also had hyaluronic acid filler injections (Restylane) to her lower lid hollow/dark circles at the same time.
This 42 year old female wished for upper lid eyelid surgery to remove her excess skin. She also had some mild droopy upper lids, right worse than left. She underwent skin only upper lid blepharoplasty. A ptosis repair was also performed at the same time to help lift her lids to a higher position. She healed well after surgery and was very happy with the appearance of her new lids.
This 78 year-old male had excess skinand excess fat pockets in his upper and lower lids. He wished to undergo upper and lower lid cosmetic eyelid surgery. He underwent upper lid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin. A ptosis repair was also done to help lift up his droopy lids to a higher position. The lower lid fat pockets were repositioned to fill in some of the hollows. His left brow was also slightly droopy so a minimally invasive external browpexy was performed to stabilize and lift his brow. He has healed well and appears more rested and youthful after having surgery.
This 44 year old male had excess skin and droopy upper lids which we wished to have corrected. He underwent a blepharoplasty surgery to remove his excess skin. Ptosis surgery was also performed at the same time to lift up his droopy lids, right more so than his left. His appears more rested and able to see better after having eyelid surgery.
