This patient had prior ptosis surgery and was left with some minor asymmetries between the upper eyelids. There was some excess skin in the upper eyelids, more so in the right medial portion of her eyelid. She also had prominent fat pockets in her lower eyelids, which were resulting in her looking constantly tired. An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed, note that given her underlying hollowing, fat was repositioned to help improve her hollowing.

This female had undergone prior upper lid surgery and was left with some excess fat and skin near upper eyelid medial area (closer to her nose). She also noticed worsening fat pockets in her lower eyelids. An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to rejuvenate her appearance using Natural Looking Blepharoplasty™ technique.

This patient had excess skin in her upper and lower eyelids, along with excess fat pockets. An upper and lower eyelid quad blepharoplasty was performed. Fat repositioning was also performed to improve the hollowing along her lower eyelid area.

She also underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning to give her the refreshed and natural look she desired.

The patient also had ptosis, or droopy upper lids, which was effecting his vision. He underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty with a ptosis repair to remove excess skin and improve his vision. He also underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat removal and repositioning to help with infraorbital hollowing.
