Lower Lid Blepharoplasty

This patient had prominent lower eyelid fat pockets and wished to undergo an eyelid surgery. He underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery to remove the excess fat pockets. No visible skin incision was made, the procedure was entirely made through a minimally invasive, hidden incision.

This patient had excess fat pockets in her lower eyelids. Injectable fillers were not a good options given the prominent fat pockets. She was a candidate for a Natural Looking Blepharoplasty TM surgery. A low lower blepharoplasty was performed to remove the excess fat, note that no skin was removed in the lower lids. Fat repositioning was also performed to help preserve her volume. Upper lid blepharoplasty was also performed.

This patient was unhappy with the creping and excess skin on her upper lids. A Natural Looking Blepharoplasty TM was performed by removing a minimal amount of excess skin from the upper lids. Lower eyelid blepharoplasty via fat pocket removal and fat repositioning was done at the same time. This patient is 2 months out from her surgery and is healing well and very happy with how natural looking her result is.

This male desired to have his lower lid fat pockets removed. The fat pockets were removed using a minimally invasive approach (transconjunctival approach). Excess fat was not just removed but also repositioned to help improve his lower lid and cheek volume loss.

Upper and lower lid surgery was done to help improve this patient’s appearance. Excess skin was removed in her upper lids, excess fat was also removed in both upper and lower lids. No skin was removed and fat was re positioned at the same time. Note the natural looking result after undergoing surgery.
