This patient has noted long-standing asymmetry in his upper eyelids. He wish to undergo a procedure which will allow for him to look more symmetric, but his main concern was to maintain a natural looking appearance. He underwent an Asian eyelid surgery. This procedure is quite complex and challenging given the asymmetry, but we are able to provide a great result. His right eyelid had a new crease created to better match his left, and his left was also slightly modified at the same time. This patient was able to go back to work within a week and is healing well. This picture was only taken one month after surgery. He still has some swelling but you can certainly see how the results are thus far. The patient is extremely thrilled with his results.

This female of Asian descent wished to undergo a double eyelid surgery (Asian eyelid surgery) to help improve her appearance. Her low set fold was causing her eyelid skin to touch and drape over her eyelashes, making it very uncomfortable, difficult to see at times and also in putting on eyeliner and makeup. A double eyelid (Asian eyelid) surgery was performed in the office under local anesthesia. Notice the naturally looking and symmetric results just 3 months after surgery.

She had excess skin in both upper lids and no visible lid crease. She also had asymmetry in eyelids as seen in her before photos where more skin was draped over her lashes in her right upper lid than her lift. A carefully designed, nasally tapered upper lid Asian eyelid surgery was performed to create a higher lid crease and more show of her eyelid skin above her lashes.

This patient wished to have excess skin in her upper lids removed. She did have visible creases despite being of Asian descent. An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to remove excess skin while preserving her already present lid crease. A lower lid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning was also performed.
