Our patient had a droopy left eyelid with extra skin on both lids. A left upper lid ptosis repair and an upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed. She also had fat prolapse on her lower lids in which a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with chemical peel was performed. Note the improvement in her appearance and symmetry to the eyelids.

She wished to achieve a more symmetric look, she noticed a long standing asymmetry between her eyebrows and eyelids. This is a very challenging case where one eyebrow and eyelid are lower than the other side, hence a modified endoscopic brow and a ptosis repair was performed. Her entire approach was performed using incisions that are non visible and behind her scalp. The patient is thrilled with her results.
